We opened our doors in 2013 and since then we have not looked back. We are a family owned and operated residential remodeling contractor in the Northern Virginia Area.  We take pride in being able to give our customers personal, hands on guidance when choosing designs, colors, and styles to fit their home. Who We Are

Kayla Kidwell founded this company after years of working for large construction companies that refused to sign contracts below $5,000 and required a 52% markup on every job.  Determined there was a better,  more honest way of providing customers with their dream home she started Easy Renovations with her Husband Eric Kidwell. Since starting Easy Renovations Kayla and Eric have made a name for themselves helping homeowners prepare their homes for sale and update their next home. With the added experience of Real Estate, Kayla and Eric are able to consider style and resale value. Responsible remodeling is what Easy Renovations strives for on every job.

Our History

With a combined experience of over 20 years we have seen it all.  We have worked for several different large exterior and interior remodeling companies.  We left the large big box companies to fill a void we found in the industry for reasonably priced jobs and quality installers.  We built Easy Renovations on the concept that all customers in need should be helped.
