We offer services for homeowners or real estate agents that have specific items that need to be completed in order to list a home for rent or sale. Prepping a home for rent or sale is different than a typical remodel because it usually involves many small handyman type items as well as painting, drywall repair, etc.  We have designed a process to address these needs specifically.  This process allows the homeowner or real estate agent to have every item taken care of at one time, by one company.  This saves a large amount of time allowing the property to be listed much faster and for the best market price. Because these services are grouped together we are able to offer lower prices to keep you within your budget.

Drywall Repair

Whether it is fixing large holes in the walls or filling nail holes we can take care of prepping the walls for paint.

Full Paint or Touch Up Paint

We offer a simple touch up paint or a full painting option. 

Fixture Replacement

Light fixture or faucet swaps, kitchen appliances, switches & plugs, door knobs/locks, etc. 

Trash Clean Out

Have left behind trash collected and hauled away for a fraction of the cost of a junk company.  We also offer to deliver to a donation place if needed.

Cleaning

We offer full services cleaning of rental and for sale properties to allow you to have all of your services in one.

Yard Clean Up

Curb appeal is key! We will cut grass, weed garden, trim bushes, haul away yard debris, or anything else that is needed to have the home looking perfect. 

Interior/Exterior Door Replacement

Swap old slab doors for 6 panels doors, replace a front door, or replace a sliding glass door.

Gutters

We offer full gutter cleaning services or full replacement.  We can also install gutters guards to add some extra value to the home.

Handyman
​

Any other miscellaneous service or repair that may be need as part of a walk though or home inspection we can do. Just send us the list and we can take it from there.
